Triple High Five

This promotion is conducted by PS Rewards ("the Promoter"). By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

PS Rewards Triple High Five Campaign (the "Promotion").

The Promotion commences on the date of campaign launch and closes at 5:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 5 May 2025, or when the total number of eligible new member registrations reaches 5,000 — whichever occurs first (the "Closing Event").

The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to close the Promotion promptly upon the Closing Event occurring. The Promoter accepts no liability for registrations received after the Closing Event, including those in transit or delayed due to technical issues.

To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, you must:

1. Be a new PS Rewards member who registers a valid account for the first time during the Promotion Period;
2. Be an Australian resident aged 18 years or over at the time of registration;
3. Not have previously held a PS Rewards account, whether under the same or a different name, email address, or payment method;
4. Complete registration in full prior to the Closing Event; and
5. Not be an employee, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of PS Rewards or any of its related entities or promotional partners.

Only one (1) Promotion registration per person is permitted. Multiple registrations by the same individual — regardless of name, email address, device, or payment method used — will be disqualified.

Eligible new members who register during the Promotion Period will receive the following benefits, subject to these Terms and Conditions:

1. $5 Cash Reward: A one-time $5.00 AUD Cash Reward credited to the eligible member's PS Rewards account upon successful registration. This reward is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferable, and has no cash equivalent outside of the PS Rewards platform. The reward will be credited within 5 business days of successful registration.
2. 5% Discount on Coles Gift Cards: Eligible members will receive a 5% discount on Coles Gift Cards purchased through the PS Rewards platform during the Promotion Period. Standard PS Rewards discount rates will apply after the Promotion Period ends or the Closing Event occurs.
3. 5% Discount on Shell Gift Cards: Eligible members will receive a 5% discount on Shell Gift Cards purchased through the PS Rewards platform during the Promotion Period. Standard PS Rewards discount rates will apply after the Promotion Period ends or the Closing Event occurs.

Upon the earlier of (a) 5,000 eligible new member registrations being received, or (b) 5:00 PM AEST on 5 May 2025 occurring, the following will take effect:

1. The $5 Cash Reward will no longer be available to new registrations received after the Closing Event. Eligible members who completed registration prior to the Closing Event will retain their $5 Cash Reward in their account.
2. The 5% promotional discount on Coles Gift Cards will revert to the standard PS Rewards member discount rate applicable at that time.
3. The 5% promotional discount on Shell Gift Cards will revert to the standard PS Rewards member discount rate applicable at that time.

Promotional discounts apply only to purchases made during the Promotion Period. Any Coles or Shell Gift Cards purchased prior to the Closing Event at the promotional rate will be honoured at the price confirmed at checkout.

1. The $5 Cash Reward is credited to the member's PS Rewards account balance and may be used for eligible purchases on the PS Rewards platform in accordance with standard platform terms.
2. The reward is not transferable to another person or account and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
3. The reward has no expiry date, subject to the member's account remaining active and in good standing.
4. PS Rewards reserves the right to withhold or reverse the Cash Reward if the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe the registration was fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise ineligible.

1. The 5% discount applies to the face value of Coles Gift Cards and Shell Gift Cards purchased through the PS Rewards platform only. It does not apply to purchases made directly through Coles, Shell, or any other third-party platform.
2. Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, coupon, or discount code unless expressly stated by PS Rewards.
3. PS Rewards reserves the right to limit the quantity of discounted Gift Cards any single member may purchase during the Promotion Period.
4. Gift Card availability is subject to stock and platform availability. PS Rewards does not guarantee the availability of Gift Cards at any time.
5. All Gift Card purchases are subject to PS Rewards' standard Gift Card Terms and Conditions and the terms of the relevant Gift Card issuer.

1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the registration process, acts in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time, for any reason, without notice, subject to applicable law.
3. If the Promotion is interfered with in any way, or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Promotion.
4. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded.
5. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter's liability to any participant is limited to the value of the applicable offer received.
6. By registering, participants consent to the Promoter using their personal information in accordance with PS Rewards' Privacy Policy for the purpose of administering this Promotion.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with this Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
